Founding Story
Nahodha Rising was started by passionate community leaders and mentors burdened by the challenges affecting boys and vulnerable children.
The organization began in 2023 after seeing the increasing cases of substance abuse, school dropout, broken mentorship systems, and a lack of positive male guidance.
The realization was clear: many boys lacked direction and were vulnerable to negative influences, poor discipline, peer pressure, and low self-esteem.
Our goal is to raise responsible, disciplined, God-fearing, respectful, confident, and productive leaders in the community.
